Lasers
North Topeka Fabrication utilizes multiple Amada lasers, each with distinct capabilities. These include a 9000 watt and 6000 watt fiber optic laser, a 4000 watt CO2 laser with 3 axis tube cutting capabilities, and a 4000 watt laser/punch combination machine. Having this range of capabilities allows us to produce a greater variety, and higher quality parts than many other companies in our industry.
Punching
NTF uses multiple punches with a variety of features to get our clients what they need. Punching can be a great, economical way to to to cut parts quickly, and with options that other cutting methods cannot offer. A few of the features that we can include formed louvers, dimples, embosses, electrical knockouts, and automated tapping. Unlike most of our competitors, we do have an in house tool sharpening to keep our tools in top shape. Our punch laser combination machine, allows the best of both punching, and laser cutting, in one single machine.
Press Brake
While most of our competition stops at 8 or 10 feet, here at North Topeka Fabrication, we have the capability to bend parts up to 14' in length with our 240 ton press brake. We have a wide array of standard tooling, and many custom made dies. We may be able to even make them for your specialty project.
Brand new to North Topeka Fabrication in 2021, is a Salvagnini Panel Bender. This machine allows a reduction in set up and brake time, when bending parts.
